The sales consultant at Charlie's Subaru plays an integral role in the success of the entire dealership. As a sales consultant, you will be the face of the dealership as you develop and build lasting relationships by providing an exceptional guest experience during the sales process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & EXPECTATIONS
- Builds rapport with guests and presents new and/or pre-owned vehicles in a friendly and professional manner after investigating their needs & wants in a non-confrontational manor.
- Performs vehicle demonstrations and conducts test drives with guests. Serves as a resource for the guest on vehicle selection, performance, accessories, safety, features and functions for all new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Aides guests in purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and desires, while making them comfortable as they become members of the Charlie's Family of Dealerships.
- Performs ongoing communication & relationship building with Charlie's 'family members' in order to encourage networking and repeat business.
- Works hours scheduled and maintains flexibility as situations arise.
- Participates in professional training opportunities through in house & factory training seminars in order to enhance sales skills and professional development.
- Works and communicates effectively with others by valuing and practicing teamwork at all times while displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude.
- Maintains a safe work and respectful environment while following all company policies and procedures.
