The 2017 Forester follows in suit with the other models in the mid-cycle refresh of their most recent designs. This time around, the turbocharged 250-horsepower Forester 2.0XT is outfitted with an active brake-based torque vectoring system, previously available only in the WRX and WRX STI.
Like the other two models, it now comes standard with the latest iteration of EyeSight® - which adds lane-keeping assistance, blind-spot detection and rear cross-traffic alerts while updating previously dated systems. Keeping with the industry movement towards LED-light utilization, the headlight and taillamp accent lights are now standard in the vehicle.
